Really good hotel for foreigners! Really welcoming, excellent services! Has washing machine, free detergent and dryers! Has a gym too! Rooms are very high tech and really comfortable!

Front desk staff is very good and helpful. Location is walking distance to scenic areas . Housekeeping could improve - floor is dusty (fully aware there was a sandstorm prior ). Breakfast is ok.

We had a great stay at this hotel. I booked a double room. It was very clean and well designed. The staff are very helpful and helped me to organise a birthday cake for my boyfriend’s birthday. There are two big washing machines and two big driers available with free detergent located near to the lobby. One important point is that as the hotel is very new, many taxi drivers did not know where it was and even when written in mandarin, they couldn’t read it. We used the maps on our phone to direct the taxi drivers. I’m sure as the hotel has more customers and is open for a while, the taxi drivers will get to know the hotel. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

This was a fantastic find of a hotel. We were in the Radisson the night before (which was really nice too). But this hotel is much better value. It's smaller but more modern - and has much more character than the a hotel chain. The service was excellent - really helpful staff. For example, they made us sit down to wait while they sorted out our passports and gave us water and fruit. The rooms are smaller than somewhere like the Raddison, but having a modern and new built more than makes up for that. There is a MASSIVE TV in each room - which you can mirror your device onto. It was easy to watch the Olympics on the big screen from our phones for example. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We were told that there weren't many that accept tourists - this did - and it was half the price of the Radisson (the other hotel in Kashgar that we were told accepts tourists).

The hotel is a 30 minute walk or 15 minute drive to the ancient city. Getting a taxi can be a little challenging. The staff do not speak any English and this meant a long process for checking in. The hotel is very clean and tidy, really nice room with a decent shower and Japanese style toilet! If you don’t mind the travel I highly recommend

Well located and walking distance to alot of attractions. Super clean and the rooms were as the pics say they are. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. Best iv had in a while. The breakfast staff were amazing in sorting things out as you needed. Highly recommend this hotel.
