Kassandra Palace Hotel & Spa

We recently stayed at Kassandra Palace Hotel and had a really lovely experience overall. When we arrived, our room wasn’t quite ready yet, but the staff welcomed us warmly and offered drinks at the lobby bar while we waited. Check-in itself was quick, smooth, and handled with a genuinely friendly attitude, which set a positive tone for the rest of our stay. The room we got was exactly what we had booked, and we appreciated being taken there by golf cart—a nice touch, especially with a baby and luggage. The bellboy was incredibly polite and professional. The room had a handy little kitchenette, which made things much easier for us as we were traveling with our baby. While the furniture and beds felt a bit dated, everything was clean and functional, and the insect screens on the windows were a really thoughtful detail. Food at the hotel was honestly great. From day one, both the operations manager and guest relations manager greeted us at the restaurant and made sure we were well taken care of. The buffet breakfast and dinner options were always fresh, high quality, and regularly refilled before anything ran out. Service was fast, and everything—from cutlery to glasses—was spotless. A big shoutout to Despina Kaliva, the Front Office Manager, who was amazing throughout our stay. She really went out of her way to check in on us and make sure everything was perfect. The beach area was another highlight. It was always easy to find sunbeds and umbrellas, and the beach staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The whole area was calm, clean, and relaxing. A special thank-you as well to the Food & Beverage Manager and the entire team for making our stay so comfortable. We would absolutely come back again and would recommend Kassandra Palace to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-run hotel in the area.

Amazing stay at Kassandra Palace in the most beautiful country, and we loved it so much that we've booked our next visit this summer. I have gluten and dairy allergies, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention and support I received in finding delicious meal options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my dietary needs were met, making my dining experience enjoyable and stress-free. On our first evening, we encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning. However, it was promptly addressed by the next morning, and as a thoughtful gesture, we were given a bottle of wine to apologize for the inconvenience. This kind touch truly exemplifies the exceptional customer service we experienced. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the towel service was outstanding. Additionally, I indulged in a gel polish manicure at the spa, which turned out to be the best I've ever had! Overall, our experience at Kassandra Palace was fantastic, and we can't wait to return!

I had a wonderful stay at Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort. Everything was perfect—from the beautiful location to the well-kept facilities—but what really made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Despina, who went above and beyond to assist with every request I had. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made my stay feel personal and welcoming. Highly recommended!

This Seaside Resort is extra beautiful, and all the staff are so friendly. The food is excellent and the rooms are very clean.

The resort is very large and well kept, with a splendid garden made out of olive trees and palm trees. The beach is very clean (hence the Blue Flag award), I don't think I've ever seen so many fish just a few metres away from the sand, however it is worth mentioning that the sand is mixed with small pebbles on the beach and there are rocks in the first few metres when entering the sea. We did not see any lifeguard present on the beach during our stay which was a bit curious, as there were also a lot of children around. I noticed however a lifeguard at the pool. We were on half board and both the breakfast and the dinner buffets were great, particularly the evening desserts were some of the very best we've seen at seaside resorts. The head chef Gerasimos was helpful whenever we needed information about allergens for our daughter. What we did not like was that the ingredients were not mentioned on a label for the buffet dishes, something that we find quite im Despina and her team always offered to help with finding a suitable table. If I were to be picky, I would say that fish and seafood were not present on the buffet too often and, when they were, the squid and mussels did not seem too fresh. However, the lamb was very well cooked each time, as well as the beef. The kids club was very good, our daughter enjoyed spending time there even though she does not speak English very well yet. Zaira and Cristina were very active each time she participated in the club activities. Keep up the good work! The lady who is managing the shops in the hotel knows the products she is selling very well and we were really impressed with the quality of the goods to be found there, most of them produced locally in Greece. Even though the resort is very good now, there is room to improve, particularly when it comes to renovating the rooms. Our room (152) was ok, clean and functional and the double bed was comfortable but the room was clearly not up to a 5 star standard. The furniture was in need of a repair (the back part of the wardrobe was falling apart) and of an upgrqde, the room itself was small (when having the sofa bed up there was little room to move around) and the bathroom did not have a rain shower and enough places to put the towels. After the upgrades which the new management made, i am sure that the next step is the renovation of the rooms. Once that is done, it will be one of the absolute best beach resorts in Halkidiki.
