Otel Kastamonu merkezde ana cadde üzerinde çok merkezi bir konumda yer alıyor. Otelin açık büfe kahvaltısından, kahvaltı salonundan, odaların temizliğinden, mutfakta çalışan personelden, temizlik görevlilerinden ve resepsiyon görevlisi Çetin Bey’den çok memnun kaldık. Hepsi güleryüzlü, işini iyi yapmaya çalışan, işini sahiplenen insanlar. Bir daha Kastamonu’ya geldiğimizde yine Mütevelli Otel’de kalmayı düşünüyoruz.
