The staff in the restaurant were outstanding, great food and great service.
Condition of the cabin was quite rundown & requires some maintenance.

The room size was good but the air conditioning was inadequate for the temperature with the room temperature not dropping below 28. The one lounge chair in the room was filthy. When the temperature is 38 degrees you need an air conditioner that works

Great place with a perfect location. Had an Executive which was very spacious. Restaurant had a reasonable menu but more vegetarian meals would be a great addition.

I was given a key that, I found out by accident, actually unlocked both of the rooms either side of my allocated room. I felt extremely unsafe and reception were unable to help

The property was very clean but is very tired.
The mattresses were old and honestly terrible giving little rest.
The food in the restaurant left a lot to be desired with one of the meals returned as inedible and another partially eaten then given up with meat overcooked, potato mash watery and salad old.
Would recommend the kangaroo spring rolls though.

Reception staff should be more friendly & welcoming. Staff was rude, don't know is that to all or only to us. Instead of explaining staff try to find excuses.
