PERFECT place to first stay in Kathmandu. Exceptional service. Helpful advice always well received from the Front Desk. Quiet location. Always abundant taxis nearby, yet hotel is within easy walking distance to many top attractions.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights last minute like 30mins before arrived to the hotel, we didn’t have to wait for long when we arrived to the hotel to get our room.
Staffs are super friendly especially the lady at the receptionist (sorry I forgot her name). We also extended 1 night to just stay at the hotel until 9pm to catch our flight back home and we got super good rate from the hotel too!

I really enjoyed my stay at Vastu. From arrival, service was friendly and professional. The location is great - situated in Thamel however on a quieter street. There are many restaurants and shops close by.
The rooms are nicely decorated and were very clean.
The breakfast provided by the hotel is very good - fresh fruit, eggs, pancakes etc.
The staff were always available for any questions or assistance and were always very friendly to deal with.
I would definitely stay here again.

I have never imagined such a clean hotel in Kathmandu. You can smell the fragrance as soon as you enter the room, and the customer service is very friendly. The smile is very good, and they are very considerate and help us answer questions, and help us make airport reservations. Taxi, I know he helped us negotiate a good price. I took the night bus from Pokhara back to Kathmandu. Since I arrived at around five o'clock in the morning, I contacted the front desk guy and agreed to check in early, which felt great! The hotel's breakfast is a la carte. The taste is okay but there are relatively few varieties. The room is clean and tidy. You can go to the rooftop to have some fresh air at night. The overall value for money is acceptable.

The service is super good and very considerate of the guests. Sujane will even help think of the airport drop-off time and help arrange the pick-up and drop-off. The interaction between all service staff and guests is very good and cordial.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms nice and well cleaned. Breakfast simple but exactly what you need in the mornings. Alongside this the location of the hotel is on a very quiet street away from the constant business. A perfect little retreat.
