I have booked a deluxe room and it was very small, looks like a standard room. Bedsheets were having stains. No amenities in toilet. When asked for room change Or cancellation they denied.
At 9:30 when I asked them to serve breakfast (they dont have breakfast area, they only serve in room) they denied to serve, even though their breakfast timing was till 10am.
Disgusting hotel and disgusting staff... I am also not happy hiw trip.com handled this case

Convenient location with restaurants and laundry nearby. The staff were also very kind and made my stay comfortable.

One of the worst stay in my experience. Tasteless food, worst breakfast just a bread and some vegetables. Double price of bar items which we get more cheaper in other hotel. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Stains in bedsheet and towel I don’t recommend anyone to go this property.😡😡😡

I arrived at the hotel in the evening and saroj greeted me directly with a big smile and a warm conversation. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, he making me feel as a brother . His genuine welcome made a huge difference in my first impression of the hotel , and iam grateful for his hospitality .

The real joy of this hotel was the incredibly friendly and helpful reception staff. If you travel a lot after a while you can recognise the difference between a 'work' smile and a genuine smile. Here you get the genuine smile and it is immediately apparent the people here enjoy both their work, and making their guests stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you! The hotel itself is tucked away in the heart of Katmandu's bustling tourist district and offers a good continental breakfast. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the ambient lighting options! In my opinion a very good option for a very good price, and I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is excellently situated, check in process was smooth and easy, the room is clean and tidy and with all the amenities that is needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is good and mostly included with your stay. Special mention to Prakash who is my driver for 4 days during my booked trip around the city. Very caring and knowledgeable. Reception person during the night Sarooj and Rajan hope I remember their name correctly was excellent and accommodating to all my request while the other receptionist girl during the day was also really kind and sweet, forgot her name...Over all my 5 day stay was really great and will definitely will use this hotel whenever am in Kathmandu. 5 star rating in my opinion. Cannot thank the hard working people enough in making my trip in the city of Kathmandu a memorable experience.
