I used it again after returning from Everest Base Camp.
The room on the top floor was very nice to spend a relaxing time in front of the roof terrace.
The shower also has hot water.

You cannot find a better location in Thamel. The service is just soooo lovely. They will help you with any needs! You really get more than what you are hoping at Madhuban GH. Will make this my hotel in Thamel for all my future visits.

I recently stayed at Kathmandu Madhuban Guest House and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional hospitality, especially from the hotel manager Kedar. Despite being budget-friendly, the level of service exceeded my expectations. Kedar's attention to detail and genuine care made my stay memorable. The clean and comfortable accommodations, coupled with the convenient location, made it a fantastic choice. I highly recommend Kathmandu Madhuban Guest House to anyone visiting the area.

Trip to Nepal especially Holy Visit to Pashupatinath temple and Stay Experience at Madhuban guest house was amazing , friendly and helpful staff especially kedar ji, Pradeep , Govinda, Sirjan (supportive staff) and their Excellent hospitality !!! Highly recommended 👍🏻👌🏻

Great value for budget traveller. centre location totally family environment. I stay here almost 1 month with my family . Staff are really great and helpful . big and Clean room.rooftop garden view is Amazing. They allowed us to used Their kitchen also some time. Special thanks to mr kedar for your kind support. We highly recommended this guest house

This is a great Budget friendly guest house. The staff here are really friendly and kind. The place is really clean and peaceful. Most of the tourists spot are in walking distance. The room we stayed with my friend s was bright room with sufficient space.the terrace is wide with a beautiful garden. Chair to rest and a gorgeous view. A special thanks to the Manager kedar for guiding us in Such a Friendly and kind behaviour. And making our stay easy and enjoyable.

Don't hesitate to stay at this guesthouse if you ever go to Kathmandu. The people here are very friendly and helpful, and will answer any questions you have. When I was in Kathmandu I wanted to go trekking to Everest Base Camp, and they helped me with the logistics of it. The rooms are okay, but good for the price you pay. They also have a restaurant.

This place felt like home to me! Trustworthy, kind people manage this guest house, I stayed for 2 weeks and if I come back to Kathmandu, I definitely choose to be here. I even left my important stuff here for more than two months and there was no problem. The room is clean, with clean sheets and everything, clean bathroom also. Very good vibe, positive energy, And the water is always hot. The location is in a very good spot, access to everything very easily. And it's close to Asan bazar and Dorbar sq, which I spent most of my time there and it was most interesting place for me in kathmandu, you can see the old architecture, temples, museums and local culture.
