Everything is perfect. The location, room size, reception and house cleaning service. Very close to many prominent locations. Loved my stay, staff has a very polite nature. Best thing was ordering the refill water bottles in the room free of cost. Most hotels’s charge extra money for asking more than 2 bottles of water everyday.
Will stay again for sure. 🙏

Staff service was excellent. They were friendly and caring everywhere. However, the water was dirty! In Nepal, hotels with bathtubs are rare, so I checked the facilities and stayed here thinking that I could take a bath in the bathtub, but it was a shame that I couldn't. It is true that the water is often yellowish in Nepal, but it was the first time that the water was so bluish-black. It was a little scary to think that I was showering and washing my face with this water. When I inquired with the hotel, I was disappointed with the manager's reply that the tank was broken and there was no apology or compensation for it. Also, the breakfast was delicious, but the variety was small and the bread was hard.

Wonderful staff good environment had a good stay specially Sejal , Ashmita and Bhagwan were great at there service from front office. Will visit hotel again .😃 breakfast was also great and also the room was very nice my stay is always comfortable:
