I am surprised by all previous negative reviews. Stayed here for 3 nights. Room was super clean, check-in was very smooth. Hotel staff was very helpful and food was very good @ restaurant located in 1st floor. Enjoyed their spa on top floor. Over all my stay here was very pleasant and highly recommended.

Our family stayed in room no 404 it’s totally disgusting very bad hospitality nothing in room no telephone service no internet nothing in bathroom even nobody coming for (3 days )for housekeeping whole room smells complaints so many times but no response so many kitchen appliances in room but no body come all day it’s too bad do not stay there

The price-quality ratio is very good. The treatment at reception and at the entrance is very friendly. Ram, the owner, is very attentive to everything. We tried the spa and received an Ayurveda massage that pleasantly surprised me. I will return here, I am not sure. The situation can be improved within Thame

Perfectly maintained hotel. Staff available and smiling. Rooms with personal shower and unlimited hot water. Breakfast buffet. Possibility to eat here. Well located in the heart of Thamel. The little extra: Rooftop spa and yoga classes. The Director is available and can organize your travels. I recommend.
