Hotel service was excellent. It was a bit old, but it wasn't a problem due to the friendliness of the staff. I was especially grateful to the restaurant staff. I found out later that they can clean if you want. I had a fun trip and went to Pokhara^^

The breakfast was very good, the room was clean, and it was very close to the downtown area. It was very convenient to walk around. The little brother would help carry the luggage upstairs. It was very cost-effective. Highly recommended!

The accomodation gives you a good value for money with a high-level of hospitality, cleanliness, delicious foods and friendly staffs, above all a comfort stay located nearby Thamel. Mostly recommended.

The hotel provides airport pick-up. Although there was a little accident, I am generally satisfied. The hotel is in a very good location and is very convenient. It's located near the Thamel neighborhood and offers Nepalese breakfast, which you may not be used to.

Even though I had confirmed my reservation two months in advance, I was embarrassed because the manager said there were Japanese guests and recommended that we stay somewhere else. When I protested strongly, I felt bad because they assigned me a room in an annex (no balcony) where I had to go through the restaurant instead of the main building. I will never go back to this hotel that treated me discriminatoryly after being overbooked.

Hygiene is not good, but it is a Samsung hotel, so it is a good way to travel.

The location was good as it was on Thamel Street. I applied for a free pick-up service when making a hotel reservation, but no staff showed up, so I was embarrassed to be in an unfamiliar place late at night. I finally took a taxi and arrived at the accommodation, but they took me to a smelly rooftop room on the 4th floor that didn't have an elevator. I felt like I wanted to move to another hotel right away, but I was hoping they would move me to a different room the next morning, so so. What more would you expect? The Kathmandu hotel was the worst.

The manager is very responsible and dedicated. I was touched to see you personally take care of issues related to airport transfers and accommodations.
