I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The Jet2 reps were also incredible, going above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The food was perfect every single day, absolutely delicious, varied, and always fresh. Unfortunately, I had a small accident during my stay, but I can’t thank everyone enough for how well they looked after me. The care, attention, and genuine kindness from both the hotel staff and Jet2 reps made a difficult situation so much easier. Truly a memorable experience for all the right reasons. I'll definitely be back. Special mention to George & Andrea, your help were very much appreciated xx

This was only our second all inclusive so not a lot to compare it to, however we found the food good and varied. We especially liked all the day time snack options available through out the day. We loved the pools and the slides were lots of fun. We visited Heraklion which was nearby and easy to get to by bus, the aquarium and went Horse riding with Finikia horse riding. All were nearby and enjoyable. The only things to improve would be the soft drinks which are very syrupy and sugary and the price of the arcade machines (eg, air hockey ) something important to kids but at 2 or 3 euros each soon adds up and the boxing one is literally one punch for that price. Beach is a short walk and enjoyed the day there. Kids loved the inflatable sofa ride. Overall though, lovely holiday. We tend to go to new places each time but would happily go back.

We stayed for 7 nights with our 2 children aged 3 and 8 months . The hotel is set in its own grounds . It’s a large set up with 100’s of rooms , several pools , bars and restaurants. Check in was quick and staff were extremely helpful throughout our entire holiday . The hotels extremely well managed and arranged and is targeted at those which children and is suited to keeping young ones entertained all day . The area in which the hotel has very little around which means that you’re quite stuck in the hotel and the surrounding area has very little amenities . Very few shops, bars and restaurants and the ones that are in the area there are a 10-minute walk along dusty gravel roads and an area with very little infrastructure . For this reason the hotel is well equipped to keep you there Slides are great . Pools are greats . Bars are good but very busy . Some times there is a long wait for service Our biggest problems were meal times . The main restaurant which services all the hotels guests is chaotic at meals times . The food itself is okay . It’s not fantastic but it’s not bad . It’s catered to being able to serve maybe 1000 people over the course of a dinner sitting so the food is terribly repetitive. In most all inclusive holidays we would have eaten out but there is nowhere around to go so you really are trapped Truthfully it isn’t a bad hotel and for those wanting a nice experience where you can eat and drink as much as you want whe not being too worried about quality and having a resort the kids can be left to there own devices .. it’s probably perfect For us it was too the hotel is in far too remote in an area that due some money being invested into it so you don’t feel you’re trapped in vitro grounds

My room was the nicest room got upgraded when I got there I actually don’t know why. because I only booked a standard room I own private pool I had upstairs and down the bed was comfy cleaners in everyday and fresh water and fizzy drinks put in the fridge every other day most of the hotel staff was lovely & sone was rude the hotel was clean throughout the pools very clean the bars was good but my favourite person who was so helpful through our my ten day stay was the restaurant manager babbis always a friendly smile and happy to help even with stuff outside the restaurant when I asked, he should be pronated higher the spa was The most beautiful spa with incredible treatments I had a day in my own but they do packages for children so me and my little boy had a spa day so relaxing The entertainment was always a good vibe for kids and adults I would recommend this place definitely ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a lovely spa day with my daughter , the lady Katerina at the spa did such a great job that made my 3 year old daughter fall asleep at bambino spa . Felt very relaxed and fresh after the procedures. Recommend to anyone visiting Gouves Water park in Crete

This hotel is absolutely fantastic for families! The pools are amazing. Can always get a sunbed. Rooms are nice and spacious with comfy beds. Food is good for an all inclusive. Drinks could be better and so could the entertainment but you make your own with good company! The staff are friendly. I would absolutely return to this hotel.

This is not a 4 star resort by any means. Family of 5 had 2 rooms arrived to be charged €420 room tax on top of what we paid. The roo. Is basic 2 drawers and hanging space with 8 hangers for 3 in one room. Air-conditioning not working wrong remote not fixed till 1 week into holiday. We were eaten alive as cleaner kept leaving window open had to buy bug spray and plugs for rooms. Coffee never replenished over 2 week holiday. Massive hole in the wall where my daughters head was to lie behind her pillow. Late breakfast cleared away from10.35am not 10.30-11am. Had to give another guest cakes to feed her kids. Food was ok plenty pizza chips all kids ate. Al a carte Asian resturant was good. Juices are disgusting we had to buy kids juice from shops. Amusements cost a small fortune €3 for game of pool or €10 for 10 tokens and it costs 3. Around the hotel is like a building site. Building works as you drive upto hotel and at the pool there is building works and diggers and banging right behind. They have put cars across where the first aid is but this doesn't stop the noise or dust blowing about. 4 large slides for kids the ages of ours. Plenty for younger kids. I would not recommend this hotel and it is not 4 star I would give it 3 at most.

The spa service amd staff very friendly. My massage and treatment was done very professionally and instant relief for my back. Highly recommend Katerina if your having a massage or treatments for any pain in the spa. Would use the service again and felt really relaxed. Questioned prices as its competitive but is worth it.
