During working hours, there was no one at the front desk. I contacted him by phone and the room was unlocked. I had reserved the room, so everything went well.

The staff are very accommodating and very kind. It’s actually our 2nd time staying at 3 sisters and if ever I need ti visit the Blue Mountains again, I would definitely book this place again and will highly recommend it to my relatives and friends.

Check in was easy, room was clean and comfortable, wifi connection was good and price reasonable. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the mountains.

No one at check in, had to call them up to find how to access room. Could not access the visitor info which appeared to be in reception but could not access it. Says on entrance wifi/internet but had to pay for this.
No breakfast dining facilities within Motel or easy walking distance.
Good point is easy walk to Echo Point and 3 Sisters

This property for the outside is very deceiving the rooms are lovely and clean are staff very friendly.Close to everything in the mountains. Will definitely stay again.

Very clean hotel with new sheets etc. Well maintained block and good sound proof. Contactless check in and out. Only down side is the beds are too soft and we got a bit sore back next day. Very convenient 👌
