I arrived in Sri Lanka at 3am because my flight got delayed. On the hotel’s page, it says 24hour counter service. However, when I arrived at the door, there was no one. I knocked on the door, rang the phone numbers and got no reply at all so I had to rearrange my stay at 3am. Later on, I reached out to trip.com’s customer service. The team was very helpful but the hotel claimed that there were staffs, and tried to table around and said that I didn’t show up. Overall very terrible experience.

Despite my short notice, they were very accommodating and responded quickly to my inquiry messages. They also responded very quickly to my messages. When I arrived at the inn, I was surprised at how old the facilities were, unlike the photos, but the owner was a very nice person and I felt comfortable talking to him. They also arranged for an early morning taxi and made getting to the airport very smooth, which was very helpful. I would like to use their services again when I come to Sri Lanka. Thank you.

It was described very well on Ctrip, but it was actually a B&B in a corner of a village. The sanitary conditions were very poor, and there were mosquitoes in the room at night. I called the owner after booking, and everything was ok. However, when I left, they didn't even issue an invoice. The conditions were even worse than B&Bs in China. This is a real experience, and I hope everyone doesn't step into the trap. Don't be fooled by its name.

I don’t recommend this kind of B&B accommodation. I booked it many days in advance, but there was no room on the night I checked in. After the tuk-tuk driver took us there, the boss took us to another place. The three rooms became two rooms, and he didn't plan to provide us with breakfast. Finally, I took the printed order to confirm with her before agreeing to provide breakfast.
