Hotel is good with all amenities near by
But service very very bad or did not expect this from this hotel
Very very very slow service n does not respond until 2 nd call
Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy.
After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need .
Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food .
Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices
Strange thing which I noticed first time is during check out reception place nobody bothered to ask how was the stay 😃

The bathtub was dirty, the kitchen was never popular, and the food didn't taste good. But the good thing is that Ctrip helped me upgrade the room type of the suite for free. Overall, it is good.

I didn't want to get sick in India so I booked a proper hotel. The amenities were good, but I don't know if it's worthy of the Hilton brand because they didn't prepare an extra bed even though I requested one, and they never delivered extra towels even though I asked for them.

good stay. helpful staff. i only missed not having a comfortable desk to work on. the round tables are not convenient. everything worked as expected. tv remote was bit iffy. breakfast was ample - however felt not so organised. hard to find who serves your table.

Hilton Varanasi exceeded my expectations, and the staff truly made the experience amazing. I would like to specifically commend the reception staff for making our stay so memorable. Our children had a fantastic time, and I also want to compliment the chefs for the mouthwatering food and the special attention they gave to the kids' meals. Additionally, Staff front desk was Mr. Atul was incredibly helpful. Despite the rush and chaos due to a wedding group, they helped us check in and check out in a calm and composed manner. They also arranged a city tour, where we had the opportunity to see the old temple and a peacock, will be a cherished memory.
