Great hotel, can't complain

Great stay, loved the building and location. It was a very short walk to the street car. There were also many places to eat with a short walk. Room was nice and the AC worked well. Price was fair especially with World Cup going on. The entire grounds were clean and well unkept Staff was super friendly. Antonia at the front desk was great, she got us checked in right away and told us about a bunch of great local places to eat and where we could catch the streetcar.

Very rude staff!!!! People can see everything on social media. Way to ruin your reputation.

I had a short stay at the hotel. At check-in Nicole was very nice and professional. She gave me tips on things to do in the city which was helpful because my stay was short and I wanted to make the best of the time I had there. The room was clean and enough space for the two of us. The hotel has a valet service but there are also options for street parking (for a fee as well). The hotel is located downtown and central to many points of interest. I would return here again in the future.

New hotel inside. Clean. Good service. Breakfast was very disorganized because they were not prepared to receive so many people for the world cup. The staff anyway was amazing and trying do their best.

We intentionally choose AC or Renaissance by Marriott properties. We have been 5-star pleased in Asheville and Barcelona, but unfortunately not here. Floors were so dirty, my white socks turned black on bottom. Valet completely ignored us when we arrived and in fact turned and walked back inside. I appreciate the effort to renovate an older building, much needed in this section of town. However, I wish I could count on consistency within the brand.
