Great property! Best blackout shades I’ve ever had in my life! Friendly staff. I wish the room would have included glassware for drinks instead of just paper cups. Located close to tons of restaurants and close to streetcar line.

You may as well plan to use the valet parking as self parking is very limited near the hotel. The valet service was good.

Stayed two nights with two kids & the wife. Staff were very nice & accommodating. Location is convenient if you are doing things downtown, in crown center or Westport. Near train tracks but otherwise a very nice stay

The property & staff were great!! Didn’t love the location. But, it was close to Crown Center & Power & Light District, which was convenient. It was a bit of a deserted area especially considering we were there over a holiday weekend. However, there was loud street noise late at night! Luckily, it quoted down after 1:00 am.

Great place. If you don’t do valet parking, it’s tough to find anything nearby. The hotel itself is wonderful
