Like location. More attention to cleanliness in bathrooms but not just the person cleaning but caulking was yellowing (needed bleached) & faucets are rotting,

I love staying at the Intercontinental in Kansas City. It's close to everything and just a beautiful view of the Country Club Plaza. I love it there.

Very nice area. Had an issue with refrigerator and it was taken care of in a timely manner. Staff was courteous and helpful. Not as clean of a room as I expected especially in the bathroom but not too bad.

While the hotel accommodation and location was great, my stay was spoiled by how the hostess at their restaurant treated and disrespected my son. After communicating the incident to management I received no call back to discuss or to even acknowledge the situation. Very disappointed and reason on why I won’t be staying there again.
