We would highly recommend booking a cottage here. The staff are all extremely helpful when needed. All the cottages have had major renovations done to them since new owners took over in April 2023. A couple of them still were waiting on the stoves; which kinda dampened our stay. Only had an electric 2 element stove and bbq to cook on. We managed. Hopefully over time all cottages will have complete kitchen dishes including some smaller pots, sets of dishes for the number of people allowed in each cottage. It's a work in progress with the staff working hard every day fixing and cleaning up the property. The lake around the docks needs some work (very weedy). The only downside is there is no place to swim at the location. If you enjoy fishing the lake is good for it. Snug Harbour Cottages and Marina is a work in progress that will get better over time as the staff are working and learning at the same time.
