Warm & welcoming stay in Keysersberg. Excellent & attentive staff. Very comfortable bed! Dinner in Weinstub was very good. Birthday celebratory dinner in 2* Olivier Nasti restaurant was excellent!! Location in village was perfect. Would highly recommend.

High end boutique hotel. Very nice rooms and great service. Location is perfect right in the center of town. Very convenient if you want to do a 9 course tasting menu at the 2 star Michelin restaurant located at the hotel and then pass out. Which was wonderful by the way. The chef is a true artist with good. Ate some outstanding local specialties with haute interpretation. The staff is a bit pretentious but c’est la vie.

Personnel adorable, restaurant gastronomique exceptionnel, mais difficile de mettre plus à un hôtel de cette catégorie dont la réception ferme à 23h00, surtout lorsqu’il est conseillé de laisser ses clés de voiture et que le parking est surchargé… Suite moderne et agréable, mais bruyante et avec des rideaux occultants inefficaces. La piscine a le mérite d’exister, mais elle est vraiment très petite.

It was a great experience for my wife and I to stay at Chambard Hotel. Our room was large, functional and regularly cleaned and tidied. The Winstub restaurant was superb and we had a peek into the adjacent in house Michelin restaurant which also looked awesome. The hotel has a lot of character with artwork and stuffed animals all around the lobby and corridors. There is an indoor bar and outdoor drinks area as well at the rear with the vineyard outlook. The staff are very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

One of the nicest hotels I know. The staff are charming, the hotel, tucked away in one of France's prettiest villages, is supremely comfortable but simple and in keeping with its Alsatian surroundings. The food is near perfect, particularly in the very reasonably priced Winstub, Alsatian specialities but lighter and than traditiona, Alsatian food which can be over-rich and heavy. My room was wonderfully comfortable with a stunning view over the vineyards. All spolia though by one thing. This civilised hotel puts rubber incontinence mattresses under your sheet as is it were an addiction hostel or hospital! I woke sweating at two in the morning thanks to this which I had to remove. In explicable for a hotel of this class. Otherwise it would have been five stars.

I just made a reservation at Chambard - actually for March, 2023. When I got the confirmation email for the reservation, there was a mistake - the wrong date. So I tried to change the reservation to the original date we wanted and the original price. no go: The hotel now asked for 100 Euro more than the original reservation price. When i emailed and called to explain the problem to the hotel, all i got was a shrug. So: beware. this is very poor service. We live in Basel nearby and travel to Alsace quite frequently, but we will NEVER make a reservation to stay at this hotel.

Our usual Alsace hotel was closed for renovations, so we settled on the Chambard in Kaysersberg. Free parking available. The reception staff were great ( especially Sarah and Andre who were both wonderful adverts for the hotel!). Our suite Emma, on the top floor, had many windows with glorious views of the town and vineyards. Very spacious and attractive living space, with great bathroom. Quiet and peaceful. On all our 2 months travels this time, Chambard was the ONLY place not to include breakfast. Since they wanted an absurd 39 euros EACH for this, we preferred to go to the excellent local boulangerie 50 yards away for a cafe and croissant each morning, both excellent! ( 7 euros for us both!!!). I can wholeheartedly recommend the Chambard as a hotel, though NOT as a restaurant.

Superb, could not be improved. In particular, all hotel personnel, at every level and in every way, are exemplary: warm, hospitable, helpful, friendly, the best of the best. Would gladly revisit again and, hopefully, will.
