There was no information about the hotel facilities during check-in, what time breakfast starts, where the spa is, what are its hours, where the elevator is, it was not announced, it is not very important but it would have been nicer if they were smiling. The hotel is generally cold inside, the pool water was cold, we did not swim. The lights were also off anyway. The room was not very clean, unfortunately there were hairs on the bed and in the bathroom, probably from previous guests. I can say it was an average 3 star experience.

The hotel is located in the organized industrial zone and is very clean and stylish. The spa and indoor pool are sufficiently warm and can be used in the winter months. There is an external connection to the conference hall, this is not very comfortable in the cold, they did not turn on the air conditioners even though we had a presentation, it was freezing. Breakfast is sufficient and served as an open buffet with fresh products. There is 0.5 lt 1 bottle of water in the rooms as a treat, 2. It would be better if a few free ones were in the mini bar for 30 TL. If toothbrushes and toothpaste were included in the toiletries, it would be a service worthy of the elegance of the hotel. In general, it is a nice hotel that you can choose for your short business trips.
