Our stay checked off most of the boxes of what we needed. Everything was clean, front desk staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Disappointed that the pool was closed, and in the room, the mattress was pretty old and saggy.
Overall would absolutely stay here again !

I’ve stayed here twice. Both times it was good enough and I’d likely stay there again. I stayed in their king suite with a fancier bath. The main issue is that the dresser drawers in the living area were off their tracks so didn’t close properly. Seems like a minor but visually obvious detail that a manager and staff would attend to anytime theirs a room change.

Super disappointed, drove 3 hours to this hotel only to find out it’s the only one in the area with a pool that’s shut down. We chose this hotel for the pool with our 3 kids, very very disappointed and wish they would have communicated to us sooner that this amenity was not working.

Great location in Keene. They were in the middle of renovations (pool) and re-doing pricing for their bistro and bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and quiet, the microwave was terrible in the room, and part of the shower handle fell off. Other than that, I would stay there again.

Booked this hotel as a business trip to work for 2 days in a quiet environment and a home away from home. The wifi was out for about 24 hours which made working impossible during that time and impacted my productivity.

I showed up at 4pm check in time. I was not given a key to my room until 6:40p. At least 4 other checkins gad the same problem. The staffer was very nice but the manager hid in the office.

Pool is there but was not heated and we only found out after arrival. Shower partially clogged and most of the water comes out from the lower faucet due to malfunctioning of the valve.
