Had an amazing holiday here. Lovely spacious room which was very clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony view. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and would also help with any suggestions and bookings for your holiday. Location is also perfect, about 5 mins walk away from the main square and restaurants.

The decoration of the room was very nice as long as the view from the balcone. the service that we had also was very good. A couple of things that we didnt like was that the bathroon was very small. Also we saw some stains on the sheets but nothing too important and also the breakfast could potentially have a couple more options

Where to start! I arrived at King A on a one way ticket to Greece and I was aiming to stay here for just 2 weeks, needless to say I extended my stay with them for the whole month! This is a family run hotel and with them being in the business for over 30 years and you can really tell! Perfect for if you're a solo traveler, coming as a family, couple or group of friends. Katia and Amalia are amazing hosts and make you feel like family from the start along with their father Agamemnon who is a great character who couldnt be more hospitable. They all have a weath of knowledge of the whole Island and couldn't be more helpful when trying to plan days out or the best places to eat. Their is a moped and quad bike rental place just next door so if you're looking to travel without a car this place is perfect and at good prices. The rooms are gorgeous and each one has their own individual spin, stylish and very clean(still with an authentic Greek style). Many have been newly renovated and I must say the photos online don't do them justice! Equipt with a fridge, lovely bathrooms, aircon, TV and the beds are so comfortable! Best nights sleep! There is a communal kitchen in which guests can use if you're here for a long stay and want to cook for your self from time to time. Also there is a laundry room if you wish to do some washing whilst away! Their lovely cleaner will provide you with fresh towels every day if needed and making sure you need anything is no trouble for her. The hotel is a fantastic location, right in the heart of Argostoli, just opposite the ferry port on the Harbour and minutes away from local bars, restaurants, cafes and shops, with a local supermarket market just 2 minuets walk for any essentials. I couldn't have been luckier with picking this hotel, I have honestly made friends for life and I wouldn't be booking anywhere else anytime I come to the Island. A huge thank you to the family for looking after me whilst I was there, a trip I'll never forget! Thank you again Katia and Amalia, you'll be seeing me again very soon!

The host sisters are fantastic !!!!! They were so warm hearted and provide all the information you need ! We booked a sea view room and it is clean , quite , with the view of the nautical club . Great experience and still 3 days to go ! Katia ( and boyfriend ) invited us for a house wine and we chatted for 2 hours , laughing a lot and learned much more Greek cultural . Definitely recommend ! We will come back !

The hotel overcame my expectations, the stuff was extremely polite, the room was very cosy and super clean while the bed’s mattress was exquisite plus every single day we were offered clean towels. The breakfast is a complete value for money while the hotel’s location is very handy since it’s super close to the free parking and you can enjoy the sea view right from your balcony. All in all a great experience which I totally recommend and looking forward to visit again not only kefalonia but the hotel also. (The manager told us that they intend to completely renovate the hotel during the winter)
