I paid for two nights in a hotel, because animals are allowed, arrived at the hotel, I was violently kicked out by the staff, because I had a dwarf rabbit, which is one of the pets, the mr from the hotel threatened to leave me, because he didn't want my little dwarf rabbit, if I didn't leave, he threatened to strangle me, and he only offered me a partial refund, even though he didn't even allow me to enter his establishment. a shame, forced to sleep in a garbage room because I couldn't find another hotel. I recorded on my cell phone how I was kicked out like a dog. It’s a shame I can’t post it to show you. I want a full refund for my two hotel nights and not a partial refund. a shame, to speak with so much violence to people who we pay, and reserved, and not to receive them. animals are allowed, it is stated on the hotel website.

Everyone can think what they want about the official Corona guidelines. At times when there is a strict mask requirement, it is NOT POSSIBLE that the owner of a hotel asks you to take off your mask when checking in because he would like to talk to customers face to face. A completely inappropriate and out of the question discussion by the boss about the official guidelines also followed. The breakfast room was still locked at 8 a.m., the boss appeared minutes later and nothing had been prepared in the breakfast room. Birthdays were celebrated in the house until 4 a.m., and a reasonably quiet night was out of the question. The room (single room under the attic) was clean, but old and shabby.
