The room is very clean, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, TV are all available, 2 1.5 meters wide beds, breakfast, feel comfortable, if you stay again in the future, you will choose this hotel

Friendly, and helpful staff.The location is very good. The Real Canadian Superstore is very close by, and a Costco is right behind Superstore.. Orchard Park Mall is across the street. The rooms were very clean. The beds, well I slept like a baby on them all night. Absolutely love the beds. The showerhead in.the room we were in was very modern and I loved it. The breakfast was pretty good. You can toast your bread/waffle fancy toaster you would see in Tim Hortons or A&W.Tgey have hard boiled eggs, cereal, muffins, granola bars, yogurt, tea, coffee, apple juice, orange juice and cranberry juice. Also they have a pool and hot tub very close to the reception desk to check in or out. Only a few parking spots in front, a few on the side and the rest of the parking is located in the back. If you park on the side of White Spot parking you will get towed or ticketed.The is a cement dividers and if it snows you may not see them as they are small. Please be aware and be careful. Well run, the rooms were ready for us, clean. Although small the rooms were, we were busy all weekend and we were there to sleep in them not host a party etc.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Kelowna. Staff were friendly, swimming pool and slide were great for our 9 year old, free breakfast was fantastic! My only complaint would be that I booked a room with a king size bed saying it sleeps 4 (2 adults and 2 children), so I assumed there would be a pull out couch. There was only one king bed. So my toddler slept in her playpen that we brought along and my 9 year old had to sleep on the floor. I’m not really sure how one bed means you can sleep 4 people?  But we made it work and our stay was great besides that issue.

The room is very good. We upgraded to a suite when we arrived. It has a living room and kitchen, which solves the big problem of eating. Thanks to Ctrip. The facilities are complete, the environment is very clean and tidy, and the service is very professional and excellent! Like

Very good, because I participated in the event, a friend recommended the hotel to stay. The overall environment of the stay is very good, and the price booked on Ctrip is also better. Communication with hotel staff is also very smooth.

Affordable choice. A short distance from the city center, The room space is not large, no toothbrush and toothpaste are provided, But coffee, microwave and breakfast are provided, The room is also very comfortable, Overall a very good experience.

Overall, my stay was nice and it was a good experience, the Barbecue stove was very good and the location is very convenient too, but the air vent was very dirty and has a heavy smoke smell, the outdoor pool was pretty dirty too..

It is a motel feeling, convenient transportation, just on the edge of the highway, a small two-story building, ample parking, and a deposit of 300 Canadian dollars when you check in, this is the first time you have encountered.
