Brilliant place to stay , great location in Kelso . Beautiful room and facilities, very clean , massive bed and lovely bedding for a great night's sleep . Off road parking and own entrance. Lovely garden and extra space in the garden room, kitchen ,full size snooker table television and comfortable chairs . Great hosts , very helpful and a great continental breakfast left for the morning. Set us up for our journey to Fife. Would definitely stay again if in the Kelso area

This B & B is a gem. Janet greeted us as a friend. The spotless garage fronts the bedroom and was used as a store for our cases. The bed was so comfortable and the area quiet. Across the garden is the spacious extra room for breakfast; TV reading etc. Fresh milk in the fridge for tea/coffee and great breakfast. All we needed and more. We hope Allan won his match!

Stayed here for 1 night during a cycling tour with my brother, what a fantastic stop over the hosts were very helpful and kind, we arrived in a rain storm and were very wet, we were shown into the garage which has a link door into the room where we were staying, striped off and showered, all our clothes went into the dryer. The room is excellent, breakfast was left out for us in the games/cinema room. Top class, could not find any fault with the facilities or hosts
