The rooms are seriously worn out. The shower accessories include only shower gel and shampoo in one, solid soap, and a shower cap. There is no body lotion. The room is very small. We booked 2 rooms from an organization for a day and 2 days later for another day (we were passing through Kemerovo). On the way there we stayed at a hotel on 26.02, everything was more or less normal. We checked out on 27.02 and literally the next day (28.02) they called from the hotel and said that we needed to make an advance payment for the next stay (booking for 01.03). Without payment they will not check us in. Let me explain the situation again: we booked in advance, they did not ask for payment (we would have easily paid the bill in advance). When we checked out of the hotel on 27.02 they also did not ask for payment (which could also be done on the spot without any difficulties). Probably, they wanted to vacate someone's room or rooms. Since there was a competition in the city, it was not possible to quickly find a hotel, there were no vacancies. We had to give in to them and pay for the rooms in advance. Then it’s also interesting, they were sending out the bill for about 2 hours, since we are a budget organization and it’s impossible to pay through a bank instantly (and that’s exactly what they needed, otherwise they wouldn’t accommodate us the next day), we started trying to pay as an individual through Sberbank online, of course no QR codes (they sent out the bill), payment by details, write down the reservation number and a bunch of other difficulties.
