A perfect stay! Glynis provides excellent accommodation along with her warm and friendly welcome. Amazing price for mid August with excellent breakfast and the best refreshment tray ever!! All the little extras are what makes Glenholme a very special place to stay.

What a fabulous gem of a B&B. Glynis was so lovely, warm and welcoming and let me check in a few hours early which was really welcome. The room was lovely with loads of snacks and goodies and even an Easter Egg! The breakfast was brilliant. An amazing selection of fresh fruit followed by a delicious full English which was freshly cooked and very tasty. The location is perfect, 5 min walk from the town centre. Glynis was super helpful when advising me about the best places to go and she was spot on with everything. I will definitely return.b

The landlady was very welcoming and friendly
Nice comfy bed and spacious bedroom.
Very nice freshly cooked breakfast
Just a 15 minute easy walk into the town.

Glynis is a wonderful host. Nothing too much trouble and serves a wonderful, all singing and dancing breakfast. So much choice!!

Excellent stay, 5 mins walk from Kendal Centre
I cannot fault my stay. Everything I needed, and more, was in the room. Bed and coverings were extremely comfortable so I had a great couple of night's sleep.
Breakfast was excellent. I had a full breakfast both days and felt the food was of a great quality, with plenty of choices.
My host was very friendly, welcoming and provided a service that means on my next trip to Kendal I will 100% be returning to Glenholme!

Spent the weekend here for Kendal music festival and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name) is a lovely women, very helpful and attentive and the room was very well presented and had everything we needed, plus little added extras which made it so much more. The cooked breakfast was beautiful with fresh fruits, cereals, crackers and cheese. The guesthouse is a 10/15 minute walk into Kendal and we will certainly be back next year 😉

The loveliest owner was so welcoming and chatty which made us feel so comfortable for our whole stay! In a great area and the rooms are absolutely stunning and spotless comfortable beds and delicious food will definitely return! Thankyou!!
