We had a great stay, our only regret is we only had one night’s stay. Brendan and Geraldine were the best hosts and their B & B is lovely. The breakfast was the best we had all week. It was great chatting with you both. Elaine & Ronn.

The b&b was wonderful with the nicest and most accommodating hosts. Geraldine and Brendan couldn’t have done anything better. Breakfast was very good and filling. Bed comfortable. We would stay there again if in the area. Kenmare is a cute village.

We stayed here this week with our daughter and son-in-law and it was just so fantastic. Brandon, Ger and Niamh were so welcoming. Upon arrival Niamh brought us tea in the garden overlooking the water, Brendan gave us a drive into town and also dried some of our washing after a hike, Breakfast options suit everyone's taste from fresh fruit salad, pancakes, full Irish and smoked salmon...yum. Great value too, we booked direct over the phone and got excellent rates. we'll be back.

This property and the owners, Geraldine and Brendon, are charming, helpful and do everyone ensure that you have a wonderful stay. The rooms are clean, quiet, comfy and breakfast is top-notch. Highly recommend this place.

This bed and breakfast does not include...breakfast - you will be charged more- be warned! The rooms are very small, we had no hot water in the evenings and the tiny windowless bathroom did not even have a fan. No credit card accepted - only cash (we found out only upon arrival) and no receipt of any kind given, despite asking (we needed a VAT number but they couldn't provide one,). There are plenty of other B&Bs in the area to explore!

This is a very nice B&B located just at the edge of Kenmare. The owners provided outstanding service. While staying there my wife accidently left her purse behind at a local restaurant the owner had recommended. The next morning she told the owner of the B&B of her dilemma and the owners contacted the restaurant owner, verified they had found the purse and arranged to have it delivered to the B&B a short time later. Wonderful people!

What a fantastic place to stay. Brendan and Geraldine cannot do enough to look after you. Firstly the accommodation. It’s a big B&B with great en suite bedrooms. The first floor also has a sitting room full of books and with a fantastic view over Kenmare Bay. The B&B has fantastic grounds and is set well back from the road in splendid isolation. And yet the place is just a 15 minute walk from the centre of town….superb if you fancy making the most of the beer, food and entertainment available in kenmare. Finally our hosts. They make a great breakfast (try the full Irish, you can’t go wrong!!). And they had time every morning to help all of their guests with their day out plans and in me case helping one person who needed medical assistance. The kind of place that is a pleasure to go back to.
