Accidentally booked this hotel instead of the Columbia center location and I would never recommend this place to friends or family. When we first got to our room, the heat pump was on full blast and it made a lot of noise. Worst of all there was this lingering pungent smell that I could not make. Possibly from throw up that had been cleaned up and I’m assuming that may have been the reason why the heat pump was on full blast. When we first opened the door we were welcomed with a blast of heat and odor. I did not want to hassle with requesting another room and tolerated since it was only for one night and I was beat from the road trip. Better off going to a motel 6 or super 8.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent.

I have stayed her multiple times. 1st time upstairs and in back. It is a reliable place to stay. When Red Lion name change occurred it was updated. . carpets starting to need clean and attention needed in halls but still an affordable, reliable, clean rooms good bed place to sleep.

Check in staff was friendly, room was clean even though it is a dated hotel.
Our room was 224 and at 9:30 p.m. the noise from the washing machine was so loud you couldn't get to sleep and then it started back up at 6 a.m. When I called front desk I was told they can do laundry until 11 p.m. and also that our room wasn't next to that area. I offered for them to come in our room and experience the noise- they didn't come up to confirm the issue. If the hotel isn't sold out you shouldn't put anyone in that room unless necessary. It was unacceptable.
Another disappoin**ent is no blow dryer in the room, you have to call front desk to get one. Why you can't leave a $10 dryer in a room is beyond me.
And, then you go to the breakfast which has been decent in the past and the biscuits were cooked so hard they could have been hockey pucks. Very disappointing visit.

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay on our way to Seattle. This is probably one of the better rooms we have stayed at while over here (from Australia). As other reviews have atated, the room was very generous with a sitting room and small kitchenette. We had to use our own bowls etc byt that was fine. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. We even managed to get some laundry done as well. Our request was met and breakfast was simple but good. Would definitely recommend.

Was pleased with our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Great price and the Continental breakfast was impressive. Everything was surprisingly spot on. Would totally recommend.

NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE in the so called accessible room. the bed was very comfortable, staff were friendly , very uncomfortable furniture in room. sausage was horrible. I chose this hotel due to the picture of the bathroom showing walkin shower they did not have that . I fool I should get my money back.

Our room smelled so strongly of animal urine that it was hard to sleep, and we never took our shoes off because the carpet was so dirty and smelled so terrible.
