North Jakarta Kelapa Gading Hotels

Everything is great, food is varied and delicious, there is a gym, adult and kids pools, and a playground. The mattresses and bedrooms are clean, the amenities in the room are complete (there is a hair dryer too). What's missing is the carpet outside the room. The carpet smells of dust, moisture and cigarettes together. there is also hair residue on the carpet.

Good place if you want to spend time in MOI. The rooms are clean although old. The main door of the room I had was somewhat not sound proof as too many vents around the sides so could hear thr sounds in the corridor. But otherwise like the large shower are and with a flexible shower hear. O ly hotel I have seen with bolster, much appreciated that one

For people travelling with cars need to pay parking voucher to get unlimited access instead of free parking as complementary hotel facility. Service is ok, would appreciate if hotel can provide separate shampoo and body wash instead of 2 in 1 shampoo and bodywash. Cleanliness is ok.

Location is great in the heart of Kelapa Gading. Very near to the MKG and also LRT. Many food choices around. This is a business hotel, so facilities are limited but enough for our stay. Service is great, we checked in with a big group and check in process are swift and seamless; and our request to be put into the same floor was arranged before check-in. Room cards are ready waiting for us.

Really nice, clean, and comfortable hotel at a convenient location! It's located on the side of a huge mall and has direct access to the mall! Enjoyed my stay

The security here was very helpful, or I have to say all staffs here were friendly and nice. The room was very clean and comfortable, no wonder Harris rating very high. But I feel a little disappointed because hotel didn't fulfill our request for anniversary room decor on 12 May, instead only a towel folded into swan on the second day. Location convenient with direct access to MKG which have a tons of restaurants, Harris seems always high occupancy. One morething I think Harris a bit pricey, with this price I could stay in Grand Mercure Kemayoran 5 star hotel and bigger room. Overall we are satisfied with Harris Kelapa Gading except it was a little pricey actually everything was amazing here

Minimalist room, nice, but unfortunately the deluxe type bathroom is very small in my opinion. It's also my fault for not seeing the bathroom photo. The staff are also very helpful.
