Saint George Palace

I went for 5 days with my family. Staff was extra helpful and friendly. Prices are normal for a skiing holiday. Apartments are spacious and well maintained. Staff is actually helpful and great attitude- i want to say special thanks to bobby at the bar and ivan at reception and ani. I can't recommend enough if you are travelling with children or just want your comfort.

This review is meant to be feedback rather than critical. My wife and I had a lovely holiday , the weather , locality and the friendliness of the people were wonderful. We went for one week all inclusive and the Hotel was lacking in small details which was frustrating as with little investment it could be wonderful. Firstly this is no 4 star Hotel !. Outside it looks impressive but facilities are iffy. When we arrived, late at night we were given a bottle of water and dried sandwiches, which we took to our room. There was no glasses nor cups in the Bedrooms. There were no glasses or containers to hold toothbrushes etc, and no shelf in bathroom. There was no shelf in the shower for shampoo etc and the shower was small and had a shower curtain which stuck to you no matter which way you turn !!! This was a double room which had three pillows in total. The corner of the Bed was a sharp edged leg bruiser. The food in the restaurant was decent and varied but cold. Just put a couple of microwaves around the area and problem solved ! The staff were cheerful and helpful. There is no permanent Bar in this hotel. The bar is located at the pool area while the pool is open , and then moves to a temporary area in the Hotel area. It has no real seating area and worst of all , flimsy plastic containers for drinks. There are no glasses outside of the restaurant area. The standard of drinks was poor with boxed wine in flimsy plastic containers !!!!!!! All this may seem picky to your readers but the cost of rectifying the issues would be small and greatly improve the guest experience. I note in previous reviews the same things keep coming up.

We returned from an enjoyable week in Saint George hotel!!! The beach is lovely , every staff member around at the hotel are so helpful and nothing it's to much trouble! The cleaning service was first class!!! We are seasoned all inclusive travelers and everything was quite OK ...except of food... There is nightly entertaining starts about 9 a.m. live music or a D.J.!!
