It’s a well-equipped casita very close (walkable, even) to Kerrville’s historic downtown, the River Trail, and the new Trailhead Beer Garden located on the Schreiner University campus. We are happy to share our well-proven insider tips with our guests to enjoy Kerrville and the Texas Hill Country at its’ best!
Casita Blanca is a unique tiny house in a cozy neighborhood. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck with some of the neighborhood deer that pass through. Enjoy the custom mural in the back as you unwind with a game of beanbag toss. Stay for 4th of July 2025
The property was lovely and quiet. Check in and out was super easy, and the property had everything we could have needed for our stay. The property manager even made sure we were safe during the emergency event that occurred.

PERFECT Stay in the Hill Country!
This beautiful tiny home had everything we needed for a comfortable, enjoyable week-long stay in Kerrville. The bathroom was spacious, the whole place was clean and very easy to cool with the AC, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals for the week. Absolutely loved waking up to see the baby deer in the backyard as well! Very peaceful, very centrally located to everything. Sarah was a phenomenal host, and we can't wait to stay here again!

Casa Blanca for the win!
Perfect setup for a single or couple, easy walk or drive to most places. We had a beer at the beer garden on campus, eat breakfast tacos at Mary’s which is a must, and dinner at the Rails. A++++++
