The Victoria is a fantastic hotel with staff to match. Maura was so helpful in organising and recommending our day trip for the Gap of Dunloe and our evening Irish show. The rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and even though the hotel is a little out of town pickups by the tours were no problem.

Beautiful hotel that acts like an upscale bed and breakfast with the most professional and friendly staff! Love being able to dine/drink inside or outside on one of the two patios!

10/10 would recommend this absolutely gorgeous hotel! Spacious room with above and beyond amenities (toothbrush/paste, shower cap etc) and fantastic breakfast included. Even hot, made-to-order dishes—extremely unusual. Hope to return.

Our stay at The Victoria was AMAZING! Immediately greeted by a kind receptionist who took the time to personally connect with us. A beautiful room, great breakfast included, beautiful and clean bathroom! The one downside is no A/C for us Americans, but it did not take away from our experience at all. Would definitely stay here again! Amazing location for Ring of Kerry

Staying at the beautiful Victoria is an experience not to be missed! I found the staff welcoming and attentive , the rooms and common areas beautifully appointed and comfortable and the meals varied and delicious from their breakfasts to lunch or dinner at the Ivy, their wonderful Michelin star restaurant . I thoroughly enjoyed my one week stay and can’t thank the staff enough for making me feel so at home !

The staff and service were fantastic and really made us feel welcome and as though nothing was too much trouble.
The facilities slightly let the hotel down. The ‘Suite’ with a separate seating area had a small dark alcove with 2 uncomfortable chairs in it which was not worth the additional room rate charge.
There were tea bags but no kettle, the chocolates and biscuits for the coffee were not refilled after arrival. And only 2 coffee pods were provided (there were caramel and decaf coffee but only 2 normal coffee)
Also the TV channels were very limited and the remote control buttons didn’t work properly which was very frustrating.
The overall stay was good but it was constantly overshadowed by little irritations which I would not expect from a hotel of this grade.
