Останавливаемся в отеле много лет подряд. Очень порадовала реконструкция зоны СПА. Но хотелось бы отметить отрицательный момент: центрифугу разместили не в открытом доступе как было раньше, а в туалете. Некоторые гости считают возможным переодеваться там, в результате скапливается очередь из тех кому нужно просто отжать купальник, и тех кому нужно в туалет. Мы останавлива
лись на 8 ночей, но замена купального халата не была произведена как было раньше. Изменилась концепция? Очень порадовал ассортимент блюд в ресторане. Опять вернулись холодные супы! Большое спасибо!

Не в первый раз в этом отеле.
Питание, СПА, территория, чистота в номере- все было на самом высоком уровне.
Персонал очень заботится о гостях, чего , к сожалению не скажешь о самих отдыхающих.

酒店在當地算數一數二了的，但和國內五星温泉酒店不能比，很小的一個池子，大大的文字提示不建議泡澡超過20分鐘。酒店包三餐是比較好的選擇，但三餐的質量衹能吃飽，不能算好。房間滿新的，應該剛剛裝修過不久。前台全是長者接待員，口音很重，英語不太聽得懂，總體來説還是推薦入住。

被小紅書推薦來的，滿酒店衹有我和老公兩個亞洲人，幾乎都是當地及附近各國的老年人來療養。到週五的晚上算是有點年輕人了。酒店的温泉非常棒，整體裝修及設施也是符合老年顧客需求的。我們住了三晚，前兩天早上沒起來，第三天早上打開窗簾一整個驚呆了，遠處的湖面雲霧繚繞，似是仙境一般。酒店旁邊就是黑維茲湖浴的地方，但我們沒去，酒店的温泉就是從湖浴引來的，我們泡會可以隨時回房間非常方便。三餐都含，也不用操心吃什麼。還去小鎮溜達了一下，很安靜，很舒服。
