Это довольно стандартный отель в курортном городке, ничего сверхъестественного ожидать не стоит. Есть отличный набор саун, доступный для всех постояльцев. Завтрак и ужин - шведский стол, очень понравилось разнообразие блюд, можно выбрать под свою диету.

When we arrived to the hotel the room was clean. However, during our stay (more than a week) we found the stayover cleaning was very poor, only taking the rubbish out, toilet, sink, shower never been cleaned. This was not expected at a 4 star hotel, to my mind it should be basic things. The other concern was regarding the food. Very few vegetarian and vegan options only (sides and salads) in the hotel and many food items were not labelled and staff were unable to tell what the chef salad was containing. In general the staff were nice, but more upgrade suggested on cleaning and dinner vegetarian choices. We had the best experience in the spa, the staff were very nice, friendly and professional.

We stayed for 1 night and everything was super clean and comfortable. Big room as in the photos,good breakfast and diner. Exceptional saunas and the location near heviz lake. We really enjoyed the stay,atmosphere and service. Bonus points for the fact that check-in was done earlier than usual as we were an organized group tour won’t travel agency.

It’s clearly 4* hotel locally, not 3. Probably I’m here after renovation but I’m not missing air conditioner in my room, it’s in place and works well. I stayed on 13th floor with great view. Room was modern, clean. There is a safe inside in case you need it. Breakfast and dinner was included but I’d prefer to skip dinner here (but it’s simply because my special meat-only based diet, choice of meet isn’t big 2-3 dished with beans and plenty of sauce what I’m avoiding) There is SPA and medical center nearby but I didn’t try it (because too healthy on meat-only🤣)

Great hotel. Great restaurant. Diverse rich choice of dishes. Good fast service, Great room with pastry chef. The only problem: We stayed 21 days, only twice they took out the trash and never had wet cleaning. Really liked it. Will come again

We've stayed here 2 nights with my sister-in-law & left yesterday very satisfied, with very nice memories. The hotel itself pretty bright, spacious, very clean & tidy, just like our room was (we've booked a Standard double room). All the staff members are professionals, extremely helpful, kind & smiling. The wellness area is super also, nice, clean & tidy, the staff is just as friendly as at the reception. We hardly could choose from the buffet table, all the foods were delicious & plenty for breakfast & for dinner too. We ate soo much, so we had to "crawl" back to our room :) (The welcome smootie is delicious too!) An other great advantage that the hotel is 10 min walk away from the Tófürdő (lake bath) and close to many shops, restaurants. The hotel has mostly elderly people guests, which make sense as they come for the healing bath & thermal. We highly recommend staying here & enjoy the peace, relaxation. One little thing: internet access could be a little bit improved as it's stronger only at the hall/reception area. Thank you for everything for everyone, we'll come back! Special thanks to Tóth Károly and Lázár István at the reception, who kindly helped up with all our requests. You rock! Köszönjük szépen, szuper pihenést töltöttünk itt! :)
