Cozy, clean, comfortable home.
Family of five stayed for Univ. of Dayton graduation. Very clean and nicely appointed with convenient location to restaurants, shopping, and campus. Beautiful neighborhood!

Perfect in Every Way
This was probably our best property we have stayed! It was exactly what we needed for the 9 nights we stayed. Very clean, comfortable beds, really well stocked with super great amenities. Kelli was a great host and had super communication. The neighborhood was wonderful and we felt very safe. The location was just perfect! Thanks for a great stay!

Great weekend
We came for a long weekend and loved our stay. The house was perfect for our kids who enjoyed the backyard. I would highly recommend the house.
