Westwinds Inn

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and I have never had any issues. Location is great. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. I will continue to stay at this hotel in the future.

We loved this little romantic place so much! It was perfect! Next to Eton bikes (ask for discount 😜) close to Duval street and only 300 m to key west express. The staff was absolutely friendly and attentiv. Our room was nice and provided everything we needed. Fridge, coffeemachine, hairdryer…. Nothing more to say but ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC 🥰

We enjoyed our stay from check in to check out. The two gentlemen on site were welcoming and enjoyable to work with. The rooms were clean with sufficient amenities and room from the minimal amount of time spend inside. The weather was perfect. I was surprised, I did not hear any noise from surrounding guest cottages or traffic. Very quiet and peaceful. We will stay again in the future.

They weren’t still open at 7 and merely emailed me (though someone from there had called earlier yesterday) to tell me how to check in after hours - though I wasn’t there after hours, and then lied about still being open at 7, despite me calling from outside the locked and dark office before 7. I’m very disappointed in the customer service here.

Room was clean and comfortable, great location, breakfast was perfect, heated pools nice on the cool windy day we had.

very convienent to the harbor/port where the ferry comes in. beautiful setting, very private, very clean. breakfast is cold, and minimal. staff very helpful. we had a small room (403), with a very nice bathroom and shower. however, there was no chair, no suitcase stand, no desk/counter space at all.
