Poor service and poor training for their staffs. I have tried different hotels in Vinh Phuc in these years and DIC is the worst one, Westlake is much better service and view . This morning we found hair on the fruits.

The hotel is relatively quiet, the room is clean and the area is good, the breakfast is very good, rich, and there are various categories, which can adapt to guests from all over the world. It is a bright spot, but the location and surrounding environment are lacking

The front desk receptionist was friendly, but unfortunately no one could speak Chinese. It was inconvenient to eat nearby and the location was remote. The buffet breakfast had a lot of varieties, but overall it was very good.
