The staff provided excellent service. However, I have to deduct points for the swimming pool. There was no one supervising it, perhaps because no one was using it. There were no seats available around the pool for waiting, but when reviewers came, they suddenly brought out chairs. Nevertheless, the overall atmosphere, rooms, and restaurant service were great.

Enjoy my time staying here, will definitely be back. Foods are delicious. Thank you to all hard working staffs for exceptional services ❤️

The room was clean and well-equipped. The toilet and shower were separate. The air conditioning was perfectly cool. I got a room with a view of the mountains and a cafe. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, but the dining room wasn't air-conditioned the day I went, so it was a bit hot, but the food was still great! The staff were lovely and provided excellent service. If I have the chance, I'll definitely go back again.

This resort is like in the valley surround by mountains and the Google map is not the correct location due to a new road so we have to asked local people and there are many ways to get to hotel. The resort is nice greenery and quiet but my room the bed is not really good. The room is kind of old but clean.

A little tired looking but can see constantly improving and maintaining room was clean and great scenery Sauna didn't seem to be working waited 30 mins still cold pool was ok staff friendly

I'm been this resort with my wife last week for 3 days the resort was so good and clean but the most amazing thing is the service.. wow. there is a guy I don't really not remember his name but he serves so delicious breakfast for us and if you need anything any help u can just call him anytime he always available. ... anyway thank you for good service krub

The hotel is very beautiful, and the surrounding atmosphere is pleasant with good weather. The reception staff provides good service, but the staff at the breakfast in the morning were not very welcoming to the guests. The breakfast was decent, and the rice porridge was delicious.

Overall of this place is very satisfied. This place can accommodate up to 14 guests. However, we were 5 of us was just right. Not over crowded. Amenities were excellent. There are pool and bath tubs. Big kitchen with some food and groceries are available. Ice was provided. Guests may cook there too. However, there are something to be improved as such hot water on lower bedroom was out of function. Tab water at the kitchen needs to be fixed. A rat was found ib the kitchen.

Service was excellent whereby we were recommended to stay in the house which was available. Our original room was a shared toilet which makes going difficult at night. The house was decent with a spacious toilet. Breakfast was delicious. However the room , bathroom and pillow had a slightly musty smell

Nice stopover, they are still busy renovating everything and it is going well. Beautiful surroundings and friendly people. Waterfall on the doorstep.
