Excellent customer service, including golf buggy transport around the hotel complex. Good size room but with shower over bath which wasn’t ideal. Plenty of choice at breakfast and food of reasonable quality. Would be happy to return and recommend to others.

There are no beds to sleep on at the beach. But I saw the guests go to bed by themselves. Carrying a beach bed from the swimming pool myself, confused.
There are a lot of swimming pools, the school is very big, the holiday zone is beautiful.

Some areas of the holiday zone swimming pool have dirty debris floating around. The water has a rust smell.

Impressed with everything. The room is large and satisfying. Breakfast is good with a lot to choose from. The beach atmosphere is good and clean.
Convenient for families with very young children because there are many toys and many activities.
Beside the hotel there is a restaurant and roti shop owned by locals at inexpensive prices.

Hotel outside Khaolak town but which offers an hourly shuttle bus service (6 per day) unfortunately the last one is at 4pm.
Very friendly and helpful staff. We thought we were in an adults only facility, but it's just one area. The restaurant (there are 2 for breakfast and one of the two for dinner) is for everyone. The structure is large but buggy service is available for those who request it. We stayed 2 weeks and were satisfied. Several beach restaurants and massage parlors, as well as various small shops. One flaw: there are few deckchairs and you have to go and reserve them early with a towel if you want one. And several of those deckchairs are broken (the hotel guys who put them away don't take it easy) the breakfast is plentiful but always offers the same things
