Ingtara Hotel

I will not recommend this hotel. We paid for 3 persons but they didn’t provide towel, glass… for what we have paid. Also, the room is very dirty, toilet smell so bad, they never cleaned up the air conditioner which is molded and I feel not healthy breathing air from that air con. I was shock when opened up the refrigerator to see it is very very dirty, which I ended giving up not to freeze my water bottle. There is balcony but also very dirty. It is one of the worse experience I ever had in staying of any hotel in my life.

Hello everyone; I alongwith my close friend booked and barely ended up staying all four nights that we had booked the room for. We were planning to leave the hotel (if we can call it that) after the first night; but were offered a reasonably cleaner room. There were plenty of reasons for the miserable experience that we had. I will list a few without getting into too much details. 1: Unclean & dirty: elevator/glass door in the room/shower area and many more places and areas ...... 2: Lack of training and set service standards & policies.(clear from how the issues were handled). 3: More likely it is being run as an apartment building rather than a hotel.... 4: Even Apartments are better run & managed than this property 5: Lack of concept of hospitality 6: Lack of housekeeping staff..(clearly visible). 7: Lack of TRAINED f&b staff ( noone came to take the order even after prompting the staff members twice); left the restaurant without eating. 8: The list can go on & on...but I think this should do for now. In conclusion, I hope the owners/mgt. get advice and help from some real hospitality professionals to manage the property with true concepts of hospitality & service. On the plus side the property has a good location and potential. Front desk agents were reasonably polite and cordial.

Nice location but room is old

The hotel is clean enough, had a lovely view of the lake and the beds were comfy, air con worked, and it was decent basic accommodation. The wardrobe doors were broken and the drains smelt from the bathroom, which wasn't the nicest. To be honest the whole place could do with a facelift and a lick of paint but the room we had was spacious and its cheap, simple accommodation. The rooftop is actually very lovely, with views out over the lake and the city. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on that. The staff were friendly with no frills, and we all did our best to communicate with English/Thai barrier.
