Kostis Villas

We absolutely loved Kostis Villas! It was very clean & comfortable & the room was spacious. The kitchenette was great! The pool was very clean & lovely. I will definitely go back 😀

Stayed here for 1 week with my partner whilst on the island for a wedding. George the host was really friendly and helpful with information about the local area and help booking taxis etc. The rooms and pool area were always kept clean with fresh towels available. The room had everything you would need, including a strong shower, working air-con, a small kitchenette and comfortable beds. My only downside was 2 single beds pushed together instead of a double, but that’s very minor. It’s super close to the beach and local shop. Overall would recommend for anyone visiting Poros for any length of time.

Great find. Reasonably priced accomodation with great clean room, amazing sea view and great pool. Supermarket right next door and moped rental place 30 seconds away. 5-7 minutes walk to beach and a number of restaurants. Only one slight downside which could cope with and that was the pool closed between 3pm to 5pm and everyone had to leave. Could then go back at 5pm. Appreciate there must be some reason for this - but other than this issue, I would have given it 100%. You won’t be disappointed, it’s a great find!

We stayed at Kostis Villas for 5 nights, George was there to welcome us as soon as we arrived and gave us a map and told us about the area. Our room wasn't quite ready as we arrived earlier than check in, but while we were at lunch had a phone call to say that the room was ready. Apartment 1 had the most amazing views and we sat out on the balcony every morning to have our breakfast, the apartment itself was also huge, although the bathroom a bit on the small side, but wasn't an issue. George was always on hand if you needed anything and the two ladies who cleaned every day did an amazing job. There is a supermarket opposite and a bakery just around the corner. There are a few restaurants in Askeli itself and Poros Town is approximately a 20 minute walk. We really enjoyed our time in Poros and would book to stay at Kostis Villas again. We stayed for 3 nights while in Poros. Warm welcome. Apartment spotless amd spacious and air con worked well. Pool area was quiet. On checkout taxi was booked for us and when the staff found jewellery that i left in a drawer without me realising they quickly sent it in a taxi knowing we were waiting for ferry at the port. So kind.

We had a fantastic time at Kostis Villas. We were met by the hotel owner at our arrival who personally showed us the room and explained all the necessities. It’s close to everything you want to see in Poros, as well as a quiet place to retire after a late dinner in Poros harbor. The owner of the hotel is very friendly and service minded and puts in 100% effort to make it an enjoyable place to stay as a guest. We also want to thank the cleaning personnel who made the room nice and neat every day. We highly recommend this place! - Veronika and Lars
