Black mold, nothing open, water park closed, indoor pool closed and hot tub, outdoor pool full of pine needles and super far from resort rooms, bowling ping pong and shuffle board all closed at 9 pm as well as the bar so there was absolutely nothing to do for older teens or adults at the resort after 9. All the restaurants were closed except for 1. The rooms are run down the appliances didn’t work, the tvs ran off Internet that kept dropping, staff was not friendly or helpful in any way. My son left his sunglasses and hat in the one rec room when it closed and went down the next day to get them and they were gone. Security was no help at finding them considering the room was not open to public yet. Not to mention our floor had no security door and they were left hanging open for any and all animals to come on it! It was the worst resort we have ever stayed at! Would never recommend and would have given it no stars if that were an option. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The hotel service is good, but the rooms are really hard to find. The room is not small, but there are no windows, and the air conditioning cannot be adjusted. I booked two beds with my children and ended up with only one bed. People said that there are two sofa beds in the living room. It was okay to sleep, but it was very hot. Staying for one night was like baking all night. When I woke up the next day, my mouth was completely rotten. The hotel facilities are very old. The water park is paid separately.

Front desc receptionist need to be more professional. Bathrooms are old, no trash cans, no soap overal all resorts need improvement.

Our room was impossible to find. There were no signs to direct you. Once we were in our room the TV. Had no sound. When they checked they stated nothing they could do about it. We arrived after dark so we did not see until the morning the parking area was surrounded by trash and pallets. There was no trash can in our room.

Had a great time will come back again great location with other business. But if yall can dont deactivate the wrist band to yall other properties until at least 1030a alot of people got lock out there rooms at 9a and yhey were out side Cold

When I booked the property it was with the assumption we would be at the main property in Town Center with the water park. But we were placed in the Lodge abt a mile away. Outdated facility with no personnel at check in desk. Housekeeping personnel were there during daytime hours but not sure if any staff were on duty at night. It was poor value for the money. No support whatsoever at the Lodge. No one to advise how to get to the rooms. The facility has stairways only with no logic as to what floors the rooms were located and with no elevators or carts to haul baggage. From the lobby it was up a set of stairs, them down two flights at a stairwell with no signage to state which rooms were where. Parking across the road. Low quality facility. Will never book there again.

It is a run-of-the-mill, pretty dated property in Poconos and it shows. Not refurbished, probably since 1980's.
What upset me most was that they refused to extend the check out time of 11AM (pretty early by itself) even by 30 minutes! On the top of that the desk personnel threatened with $150 fee (more than the per night charge, BTW) if we weren't out by 11AM. Even if they were fully booked rooms are cleaned one-by-one, not all at once. They could be more accommodative to requests for 30-60 minutes delay as a customer-friendly hotels typically do.

Our arrival in NY was very delayed. We will not be able to get to the resort until the next morning and had to cancel.
Have requested a cancellation. Have not heard back from them
