Fantastic friendly staff that will help with anything. Great location in Podil with good locations nearby. Lovely small rooms with great beds, lovely showers and great wifi. Good choice of breakfast. Lovely security team (two Yorkies!).

I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey.

Really liked this hotel
I love this hotel. It is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. I chose to buy breakfast at the attached cafe. It is very good. The staff is super helpful. Half know English and half one or two do not. But we communicated via a translator app, no problem. The beds are very comfortable and nice linens. The beds are firm
Which suits my taste. It’s a great location. Walkable to a lot of dining options and a couple of small stores. The river front is also walkable. If you can’t walk, Uber is always available. I stayed in a standard double. My only comment is there isn’t much privacy for the bathroom. If you are solo or traveling with a close friend, it’s perfect. If not, select a larger room option. The hotel and rooms are modern and up to date. I’d definitely stay there again. One last note, the rooms are exceptionally quiet. One look at the triple pane windows and you’ll know why.

We stayed here for 2 nights in the deluxe suite. I liked that hotel: it's new, fresh, with nice staff. It's located in the historical center of Kyiv, near Andrievskiy hill on the quiet street. Sound from the street will not disturb you at night. A lot of different restaurants and cafes are located just near the hotel.

Как же нам повезло с отелем в Киеве! Отдыхали вдвоем три дня в этом чудесном отеле. Жили в комфортном номере с балкончиком, очень его советуем. В номере идеальная чистота, есть все необходимое, классное дизайнерское решение оформления номера и вообще отеля в целом. Порадовал теплый пол в ванной комнате и маленькие гигиенические наборчики. Отдельное спасибо персоналу, уборка номера горничной была быстрой и качественной. Спасибо! Администраторы помогли нам заказать столик в ресторане, были очень компетентными и всегда рады помочь. Завтракали дважды (у них есть свое миленькое кафе). Советуем круассаны с лососем, фреши и Американский завтрак (порции достаточно большие). Мы обязательно при поездке в Киев остановимся у вас снова.
