Helpful staff, central location, lots of history. I had an excellent stay recently at Premier Palace Hotel. Likely the oldest on the city. Has been very updated. The concierge will help with Chernobyl Tours. Great all around stay. I will return to this great hotel

The hotel and it`s service have seen better days. Everything in the hotel is decent except the price. The location is good, very close to the Taras Shevchenko Park. Breakfast is merely ok and the service can be good or bad. Stayed here twice, once before full scale invasion and once during.

A very impressive hotel. Stayed here for a few nights with my husband. The room was great and big and had everything we needed. Reception staff were very efficient and polite. Had a few lovely meals in the hotel. The decor is great and the entrance hall is lovely.

I stayed here 4 days and overall its a great hotel. Its one of the major luxury hotels in Kyiv. The staff were friendly and helpful. A bellman comes and takes your bags up to your room. The SPA and pool was top notch. However, this is probably the only 5 star hotel I ever been to that doesnt have on iron in every room. I had to call to room service and they told me there were only ONE iron in the whole hotel - and this was lost. The rooftop bar is great. Nice view, super friendly waitresses. However, the hostess who are supossed to take you to a free table just points somewhere and say "take whatever you want". Then she comes and tells that you cant take this table - this happened almost every time. Quite rude and not at all on the level expected from a hotel of this level.

Очень крутой и уютный отель, всё понравилось! Персонал вежливый, номера чистые и качественный ремонт, жить там было просто сказка. Моему молодому человеку тоже очень сильно понравилось, теперь буду там постоянно снимать номера и буду рекомендовать друзьям и близким!

Персонал доброжелательный. но в фитнесзоне не решает проблем. Имейте ввиду, что в аквазоне утром постоянно находится пожилой неврастеник/неадекватный мужчина. Сегодня меня толкнул и сказал, что меня нужно выгнать отсюда. Это сумасшествие. А если толкнул и я бы упала, скорую и полицию вызывать? Я не ожидала, что персонал велнес даже не отреагирует на ситуацию. Пришлось сообщить об инциденте охране. Это не первый случай-он как-то начал орать в бассейне - выключите массаж, я хочу плавать. Хотя, когда персонал мне включил массаж, никто не плавал. А так же хочу сказать, что я такой же клиент , как и другие , заплатила деньги и мне по договору обещали обеспечить комфортное прибывание и безопасность, а не хамство неадекватного дедушки. Не я должна объяснять правила поведения гостям. Нервных неадекватных людей много, но я не хочу чтобы они на меня бросались за мои же деньги. Хожу одна, поскольку для мужа это очень маленький бассейн, он ходит в другой. Теперь думаю, что самой ходить сюда небезопасно. Ходила сюда в фитнес 12 лет тому, потом уезжала периодами, с 22года, поскольку нахожусь в Киеве, опять постоянно посещаю. Не ожидала такого от велнес Премьер. Хама поощеряют, занимают ему лежак и ещё не предпринимают мер безопасности. Если бы заранее предупредили, что утренний абонемент равен проблемам, я бы не покупала. Мне дорого моё здоровье.

Остановились в отеле большой компанией. И если честно, ни разу не возникло желание выйти на улицу. Всё есть!! А обслуживание поразило больше всего. Персонал приветлив и предупредителен. Каждый знает историю отеля и с гордостью её рассказывает. Что редкость в наше время. Отель с историей, с ДНК и это очень круто.

РЕСТОРАН, ОТЕЛЬ,СПА, НОВЫЙ ГОД – всё на высшем уровне! Спасибо команде отеля и ресторана Terracota за отличный новогодний праздник и роскошное 1 января в спа-зоне. Впервые праздную новогоднюю ночь в этом отеле и ни разу не пожалела о выборе. Очень красивый новогодний декор, красивые люди. Мне понравилась программа «В джазе только девушки». Морепродукты были на высоте. Номер уютный и элегантный. При покупке празднования новогодней ночи в ресторане отеля стоимость проживания была 150 евро. Порадовала возможность раннего заселения и позднего выезда. Мы уехали около 9 вечера, вдоволь насладившись СПА – бассейн, массаж и джакузи 1 января – это супер. Единственный минус – сложно разобраться, как пользоваться кофемашиной в номере. Пришлось испортить несколько капсул и звать рум сервис на помощь.
