到着後シャワーを浴びようとしたがシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープが入っていなかったし
ハウスキーピングの毎日の清掃がいい加減だった、
最後の日は綺麗に清掃されていた、その日の担当によってこんなにも違いがあるのはおかしいと思う、残念な気がしましまた。

The room itself was excellent. Also, at check-in the attendant (Sharla) went out of her way to help us since I apparently did not actually confirm our booking. She completed our booking and actually saved us some money in doing so....
