During my recent visit, my initial interaction with the first staff member was pleasant and professional. However, when I later returned to the reception, I encountered another staff member whose customer service was unacceptable.
I inquired about the possibility of changing rooms and mentioned that I had three rooms booked. At first, the receptionist confirmed it would be possible, but then informed me that only two rooms were available, and finally stated that there was availability for just one. I politely responded that it would be better to leave the reservations as they were.
Unfortunately, at this point, the receptionist’s attitude changed. She appeared visibly upset, looked at me in a disrespectful manner, and when addressing me, her tone became unprofessional.

The staff was wonderful. Our bed needed repairs and the condition of everything needs replacing. The air conditioner functioned poorly and the double pane windows had condensation and stains between the glass so it couldn’t be cleaned and totally blocked the view we paid for.

Great Stay with Ocean Views & Friendly Staff
Great food options, and direct access to the beach! Their Beach Combers Bar and Grill was delicious, the ocean view was phenomenal, the balconies do leak water from the AC if you’re below the top floor which I thought we were getting a cooler dumped on us at first, but outside of that and some slight updates, this was a great experience! The rooms are kept clean, staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Bad- room wasn’t ready at check-in time and we had driven over 8 hrs/we were tired and wanted to get settled in
