This is a wonderful hotel with spectacular garden and mountain views. The client service is top notch. We can't say enough about Lee who you must meet when you visit. He greets you with a smile every time you walk through the door and helps with everything from day trip recommendations, car service, travel arrangements, etc. The staff across the board is terrific. We want to thank Lee, Tim, Stan, Noreen, Nora and Zoran (our terrific bartender) for making our experience one we will never forget. The hotel is beautiful with several lounges with fireplaces, a library, billiard room, pool/hot tub, gym and spa, a lovely bar and two restaurants. The hotel is walking distance to town with a variety of pubs, restaurants and shops. They also offer free bikes for navigating the gorgeous National Park. We can't wait to visit again!!!!

The best service of any hotel we have ever stayed. The staff all knew our name the day we checked in and were attentive to our every need. The whiskey library in the hotel bar is second to none in terms of Irish whiskey, and knowledge of the staff.

Just back from a very relaxing 3 night stay at The Killarney Park, everything about the Hotel is just stunning. It was lovely to relax by the fireplaces just off the reception area and read a book from the library or try ( poorly ) to play snooker in the lovely billiards room. The swimming pool is stunningly beautiful and clean, the outdoor hot tub is highly recommended. Breakfast was delicious in the Peregrine room and the servers were so helpful and friendly. Dinner in the Garden Bar was a treat and the loin of venison was the best that I’ve ever eaten. Philip our server was great, very helpful and funny. At reception, Norma was so friendly and always had a smile and a word for us every time we passed and was so lovely to talk to at checkout. We look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

We traveled to Killarney from Dublin by train which was very nice and great way to see the countryside. The hotel is a short walk from the train station and close to all the shops and restaurants in town. As the name suggests the hotel is bordered by Killarney Park which is beautiful and holds many attractions. Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant and the staff could not have been more helpful. Our private tour by car of the Ring of Kerry was the highlight of the trip. We would definitely recommend the hotel and will book again on our next visit to Kerry.

We are just on our way home from the most amazing stay in Killarney Park. From the minute you check in the whole place is just such a relaxing experience. Our room was absolutely beautiful looking out into the gardens and the food in the restaurant was delicious!! Would especially recommend the bread and butter pudding! We spent so much time relaxing with coffee in the library area!unreal! We have seen people say on reviews before how the staff make the hotel and this is the first time I have experienced that! From check in receptionist, a loveluly man,the kindest ladies in the spa,fabulous service in restaurants and to the general managers overseeing everything, we have never seen staff like it,they alone would make you want to go back! Thank you so so so much for our experience!

The Killarney Park Hotel is probably the happiest hotel I’ve ever experienced. The staff smile constantly, offer excellent sightseeing advice, and grant superb service on all levels. My only complaint is that we only spent three nights here, and we are leaving wishing we had another week to enjoy it!

We stayed here for my son’s confirmation as a treat and it really did exceed our expectations. When we arrived we discovered they had upgraded us to a suite and there was a lovely handwritten note for my son and treats and a gift card for him. The staff really couldn’t have been kinder and nicer to us for our stay and those extra touches really meant a lot to us. The hotel is beautiful, charming and elegant. The furnishings in the room, beds, bed linen also of a very high standard. It’s a brilliant location, so central if you want to explore the town. The pool facilities were excellent and the food was delicious. As five star hotels go this is excellent value for money all round; especially if you book mid week. We will definitely return for another stay, and happily recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of travelling to Killarney.

A lovely hotel.. extremely friendly staff.. great room and an awesome cocktail bar.. could have stayed a lot longer.. heaps to do in the area.. very close to the town and well placed for Dingle and Ring of Kerry.. really enjoyed our time here.. We'll be back!!

From the time we pulled up to the minute we left the service was exceptional. We were greeted by Tim and John who grabbed our bags and opened doors then introduced to Kerri Anne . Whilst talking to Kerry Anne one of the managers ( sorry can’t remeber her name ) over heard us saying it was by birthday 9/3/24 and that we were so excited this was our fifth “ Leading Hotels of the world”. She came over started talking to us , upgraded us . Then spoke with the spa and miraculously made us facial appt . That was the first five minutes. John called the owner if Cronins and they secured us a table for dinner. When we walked up Cronins were waiting for us and knew our names. The spa was lovely . The real jewel was the room it should I say rooms . European rooms are small this was huge two queens , living room , fireplace . The whole experience in Killarney was five star. Oh forgot to mention they have these wonderful bikes.
