Rooms great, reception staff lovely, but at breakfast there was 1 particular woman I won't say "lady" who was very aggressive and rude, she had a major problem with everyone, and practically chased us out of the dinning room after slamming plates around, we both could even hear her from the kitchen disrespecting guests, very poor for such a nice place

Super stay - newly decorated rooms - comfy beds and pillows - smart tv - 5 min walk to main st Killarney - on muchross rd - lovely staff at reception and breakfast I stayed here for two nights and I would highly recommend the property. It was extremely comfortable and the rooms were super modern. The location was super close walk to the main street. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Killarney.

Great location at the top of the Muckross Road and two minutes walk into town. The breakfast was burned and actually wasn't able to eat it. Not a great choice for Breakfast too. The room was big and very clean. Was able to hear a little road noise. Nice to have netflix on TV. The bathroom was very big and the bath was so nice.

A short walk away from the centre of Killarney (a very nice town). Handy for Ring of Kerry and Dingle peninsular. Good breakfast to start day

My wife and I stayed here 2 nights for a Christy Moore concert. This is an excellent location to explore Killarney from. Rooms are elegant, staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was perfect. Not much more I could say, but you'll enjoy it here.

The receptionist went out of her way to help us with check-in. The bed had some gum on the blanket and something crusty on the ***** that goes across the end of the bed (Both could'veoccurredin the wash but then why put them so neatly on the bed like there's nothing wrong with it?). One of the spoons for tea was crusty, did not seem washed. It looked like someone came in, cleaned some things and left others gross from the last visitor. Overall, its a wonderful place to stay.
