The room was dirty and had spiders & spider webs all over the room. we found spiders in the bed, and there was black mold in the bathroom and behind the bathroom door. There was trash all over the parking lot. Picked up fast food bags and Styrofoam meal plates in the parking lot (the cats and birds were eating the food out of them). Check-in area was updated but the rooms were rundown and outdated.

They was 5 holes over bed where they took something off wall and did not patch to cover up. Black mold by front door around baseboard.

Not satisfied our room was not clean the towels had stains on them TV not working phone in room not working no hot water to shower I wasn’t satisfied at all their app showed different it must of been when they first open won’t be staying there ever again

This property was horrible it offers no security service and the option for breakfast is only coffee and banana the milk in the refrigerator was expired and the kitchen was dirty

No quality in @ quality inn
Television kept losing signal (good weather); had to climb over furniture to get on bed; refrigerator was located in the clothes closet so door would not open wide and couldn't hang clothes up; floor so sticky had to keep shoes on in room; breakfast was banana and orange juice/milk; lights would not work in the bathroom; suppose to be handicapped accessible; no rugs or slip proof protection - step over tub; no hot water; no receipt given had to get on check-out and would not honor military or senior discounts; reception employees can't speak english; NO QUALITY IN this Quality Inn

When I checked in the room, I saw a bee in the room and I went to the front desk to let them know and the owners son came with me and he saw the bee and got it out. When he left I saw another bee flying around and I went to the front desk and told them that I wanted a different room so the gave me another room and the key did not work and the owners son came and gave me ampnother key.
The room was not so good and there were holes in the walls. This morning I went to check out and went to the breakfast area and there was no breakfast. Juice machine was out of order. I waited 10 minutes to return the key and nobody came to the front desk so I walked out.

Bed was comfy floor was clean shower had pressure but the tub was clogged and would not drain. I notified the desk and they fixed it. Ill go back again.
